A table-top roleplaying system that's a hack of a hack of the original Red Box version of a certain popular hack-and-slash fantasy game. That's a lot of hacking.

GenCon Breakfast and other Goodies!

My brother and I swung down to Cyclopeatron’s awesome Socal MiniCon 4 on Saturday evening and played some very successful Old School Hack, further refining the playtest adventure.

This Thursday night I fly out to Indianapolis to hit up GenCon and the ENnies, I can’t wait. I do get in at a pretty ridiculous hour on Friday morning, and I’ll be twiddling my thumbs waiting for the Con to open up. So I’m having breakfast with a few friends at LePeep’s and I’d love to meet any Old School Hack fans if you want to swing by:

LePeep (Downtown Indy)

301 N Illinois St, Indianapolis, IN 46204

I’ll probably be there between 7am to 10am (this is Friday, Aug. 5th), come on by, and at the very least grab some Old School Hack buttons to wear around the con!

If you’re hoping to get in on one of the Old School Hack games I’m going to be running through the weekend, this is probably your best bet.

Oh yeah, about those pins.

I threw them together along with a T-shirt through Zazzle.com and if you can’t find me at GenCon or you won’t be there or you absolutely have to have a T-shirt you can buy them from the Zazzle store, though they’re pretty pricey as one-offs. Click the pics for links:

Apparently I get a tiny percentage overhead from the sale of these, and I’ll be donating all of the proceeds to the Gygax Memorial Fund.
